Deposit:
- A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via:
- While the deposit is non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.
No-Shows:
- Failure to attend your booking will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Emergencies & Exceptions:
- In cases of genuine emergencies, please reach out and we will consider alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
